Kick-off at the big table
Goals, limits and a one-page brief, signed before lunch.
Day 02
Research walk
We visit your place, you visit ours. Photos, notes, receipts.
Day 03
Three directions
Rough, fast and in pencil. Nothing polished yet.
Day 04
Pick one
Together, in one call. The other two go in the offcut drawer.
Day 05
Build the system
Type, colour, grid and the shapes that make it yours.
Day 06
First real pieces
The things you’ll actually use on Monday.
Day 07
Friday print test
Proofs on real paper, in daylight, at arm’s length.

Refine
We fix what the proofs showed us. Usually small, never nothing.
