Terms, kept short.
These are the working terms for the Offcut template. They are an example, not legal advice: have a lawyer adapt them to your studio and country.

Quotes and prices
Every quote lists scope, days, team and price, in euros ex. VAT. A quote is valid for 30 days.

Payment
Sprints are invoiced half on start, half on handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due in 14 days.

Revisions
Two rounds of feedback are included. Extra rounds are quoted at the day rate.

Pausing and stopping
A retainer can be paused or stopped with two weeks’ notice. A sprint that stops early is invoiced for the days worked.

Ownership
You own the final work once the last invoice is paid. Fonts and stock are licensed in your name. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you say otherwise.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project. We aren’t responsible for third-party services you connect.
